This is a must read if you are a seller on Google+

Unlike Facebook you can just message can just send messages or watch out for a notification alert. Google is different of course.  Google allows a others to communicate to you by 2 methods;
  1. Message from your profile page

  2. Email from  your profile page.

We recommends option 2 but it all comes down to personal preference.  Below are instructions to enable either or both of these options.

  1. Visit https://www.google.com/settings/plus.

  2. Scroll down to a heading called Profile (Its almost at the bottom of the page)

  3. You can select "Allow people to send you a message from your profile" and/or "Allow people to send you an email from your profile". You also should set the option to Public so that way anyone can notify you of an listing/item you had for sale.

    NOTE: This is a screen shot from my personal account and I have elected to have only the email option as I prefer to get an email instead of a posting on my profile page.
